The Role

Managing an established, quality residential portfolio across the local market, your focus will centre on proactive management and client satisfaction:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations across your dedicated residential portfolio.

- Conducting ingoing, routine, and outgoing property inspections.

- Managing repairs, proactive maintenance, and capital improvement projects with trusted local trades.

- Executing annual rent reviews, tenancy renewals, and lease negotiations.

- Proactive arrears control and solid stakeholder communication.

- Fostering enduring, trusted relationships with landlords and tenants alike.

About You

- Experience: Demonstrated track record as an independent Residential Property Manager in NSW.

- Credentials: Current NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence.

- Mobility: Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable, registered vehicle.

- Skillset: Strong verbal and written communication skills with close attention to detail and sound conflict-resolution ability.
