As part of our continued growth in Australia, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Wheel Loader Service Engineer to join our growing team, based in Sydney.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting and after-sales service for wheel loaders and other heavy machinery, ensuring equipment reliability and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and repairs on wheel loaders and heavy equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical system faults.
- Provide on-site technical support and after-sales service to customers.
- Conduct equipment commissioning, servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Respond to customer service requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Work closely with the sales,



parts and service teams to support business operations.

Skills & Requirements

- Trade qualification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, Plant Mechanics or a related field.
- Proven experience in servicing and repairing wheel loaders or other heavy mobile equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Ability to diagnose faults and work independently in the field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel within NSW and occasionally interstate as required.
