MECCA Chadstone is opening a flagship store and seeks a dynamic Flagship Assistant Store Manager to lead operations in a rapid-paced, immersive beauty destination. The role is full-time, with late-night and weekend shifts on a 9-day fortnight rotation, reporting to the Flagship Store Manager.
You will review customer experience data, coach staff to meet MECCA’s service standards, and build a high-performing team while driving improvements in KPI performance and store operations.
