Swimming Pool and Spa Association – Sydney CBD NSW
SPASA’s ambition is simple: to be the professional body for Australia’s pool and spa industry. In 2027 we are backing this ambition with a new structure. We've brought marketing and communications, websites and digital, systems and information, and human resources together in one corporate services portfolio. One leader, one plan, and a clear job: make SPASA look, work and feel like a high-quality national organisation. This is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity to make it your own.
If you like making things work better, and you want your brand, your systems and your people strategy to pull in the same direction, this one's for you.

About SPASA
The Swimming Pool & Spa Association (SPASA) is the peak industry body for the pool, spa and outdoor living industries across Australia and New Zealand. Our members build, supply and service the pools and spas that bring families,
friends and communities together. As a single national organisation, we deliver member services, advocacy, nationally recognised training through SPASA Training, six consumer Pool Spa Life expos, the international SPLASH Trade Expo, the SPASA Awards of Excellence, and a media portfolio spanning print and digital.

- Lead our Systems and Information function, keeping Salesforce and our other business systems reliable,
well used and fit for purpose
- Own the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment to development, performance and culture

- We don't expect you to be an expert in all four areas. If you're strong in two or three and keen to grow in the rest, we'd like to hear from you.
What's in it for you
- A newly created role with a seat at the leadership table
- The chance to shape how a national association sells, from the ground up
