MLG Oz is seeking a full-time Training Advisor to join the Learning & Development Team. You will support delivery of workplace training, assessment, and competency development across mine site operations.
The role requires FIFO experience and a strong operational background in crushing/screening or mining and civil work. Ideal candidates will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, demonstrate strong communication and admin skills, and be adaptable to work across multiple sites.
