The role

MAX Build is an expanding remedial construction company seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex residential construction and remedial projects.

The right candidate will be a confident and experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of their projects, work autonomously and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes safely, on time and within budget. You will bring strong commercial acumen, construction knowledge and the ability to effectively manage projects from commencement through to completion.

You will have:





- 7+ years' project management experience delivering projects in remedial or new build residential construction

- Proven ability to independently manage multiple complex construction projects from commencement through to completion

- Strong commercial acumen, including budget management, cost control, forecasting, variations and contract administration

- Comprehensive knowledge of construction standards and practices, building codes and requirements within the residential building industry

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to proactively manage project risks and resolve challenges

- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to effectively lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors to deliver successful project outcomes

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision

The role will entail independently managing multiple projects across the Sydney metropolitan area, taking accountability for their successful delivery while maintaining MAX Build's high standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.
