A well-established specialist contractor delivering demolition, earthworks and civil works across the Sydney metro area. The business focuses on accurate, practical estimating and maintains strong relationships with a range of residential and commercial clients.
With a team of around 30 people and a steady pipeline of work, the company is looking to appoint an Estimator who can independently read plans, complete take-offs and produce accurate quotes.

Position
This is a permanent Estimator role supporting residential and commercial projects across Sydney. The work is specialised and centres on demolition, earthworks and civil packages.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reading and interpreting demolition, earthworks and civil plans
- Completing take-offs, measurements, calculations and pricing
- Preparing and issuing quotes to clients
- Communicating closely with clients

You





- Proven ability to independently read plans and produce accurate estimates
- Strong practical estimating skills with confidence in manual calculations
- Experience in demolition, earthworks or civil estimating is highly regarded
- Background with similar specialist contractors is an advantage
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients
- Organised, detail-focused and able to work with limited supervision
