We're looking for a energetic Fleet & Logistics Manager to lead the charge.
This is a high-impact role that blends hands-on fleet oversight with strategic logistics coordination and business development. You'll manage the maintenance and readiness of our transport assets while driving new opportunities to keep our trucks working and earning.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Overseeing the maintenance, servicing, and compliance of our fleet in partnership with our mechanic and workshop team
- Coordinating driver schedules and logistics to ensure timely, efficient deliveries across projects
- Identifying and securing new transport opportunities to maximise truck utilisation and revenue
- Building relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers to grow our logistics footprint
- Collaborating with operations and sales to align fleet availability with business needs
- Tracking performance metrics and driving continuous improvement across fleet and logistics

What You'll Bring:

- Trade qualified – Diesel mechanic, Mechanic, Auto Electrician, Hydraulic fitter or similar
- Proven experience in fleet management,



workshop operations, and transport logistics
- Strong understanding of mechanical servicing, driver coordination, and compliance requirements
- Commercial mindset with a passion for driving growth and client engagement
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing medium crews of 10-20 people is essential for this leadership role
- Ability to manage competing priorities and respond calmly under pressure
- People leadership experience and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
- A heavy rigid driver's licence is required
- Industry specific safety tickets and certifications are required
