Compusoft is an established Microsoft Dynamics partner with more than 30 years of experience delivering ERP solutions throughout Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking an experienced ERP or business software sales professional to help grow our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Foodsoft practice.

This role may be particularly well suited to an experienced or semi-retired ERP sales professionals looking to remain active in the industry while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time role.

The Role

Working directly with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and developing ERP opportunities across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying ERP upgrade and replacement opportunities
- Engaging Finance Managers, CFOs, Operations Managers, Managing Directors and business owners
- Conducting discovery and qualification discussions
- Managing opportunities through the sales cycle
- Coordinating customer meetings and discovery sessions
- Working with our consulting team to develop proposals
- Contributing to current customer acquisition and business growth

What We're Looking For

Experience in one or more of:





- Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- NetSuite
- SAP Business One
- Pronto
- MYOB Advanced
- ERP, SaaS or business software sales

You will also have:

- Strong business development experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience engaging senior decision makers
- A consultative sales approach
- Self-motivation and the ability to work remotely

Experience managing opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to proposal and close, will be highly regarded. Technical solution demonstrations, solution design and consulting activities are handled by Compusoft's experienced consulting team.

What's On Offer

- Flexible part-time role (approximately 15-20 hours per week)
- Work remotely from anywhere in Australia
- Hourly rate of $50-$60 per hour
- Uncapped commission structure. No technical demonstration, solution design or implementation responsibilities.
- 5% commission on signed projects up to $150,000
- 7.5% commission on signed projects above $150,000
- Established Microsoft partner with over 30 years of ERP experience
- Proven ERP solutions and ongoing marketing support
- Direct access to senior management and consulting resources
- Genuine income potential for the right candidate

Commission Structure

Commission is calculated on Compusoft implementation and professional services revenue and excludes Microsoft subscriptions, third-party software licensing, hardware and pass-through costs.
