ArchiCAD Technical Architect for Interior Studio - Retail Projects

Talented Architectural Draftsperson required to work on a combination of commercial and retail projects at lovely interior design studio

This boutique high end interior studio produces some of the most custom projects in Australia. They are looking for a strong technical architect with strong local knowledge of codes and compliance to join their team.

Key responsibilities

Contribute to high-quality retail stores and be committed to the creation of interiors that are timeless

Work as part of a team of talented interior designers

Construction documentation for high end projects

Ensure designs are BCA compliant, coordinate services, organise approval applications, programming and assist with documentation

Work across commercial/retail fit out projects

Skills and experience





Proven professional experience in residential, commercial or retail projects, minimum 4-5 years working experience in local practice

Retail or commercial experience highly desirable

Strong ArchiCAD, SketchUp and Creative Suite skills

The ability to produce full construction documentation

Strong all-round designer with a good design eye

Contract management knowledge would be beneficial
