Life Without Barriers is seeking a Disability Support Leader for permanent full time work in the Ballina region, overseeing two SIL homes and a team of Disability Support Workers. The role requires on-call involvement every six weeks and occasional travel to support coordinated service delivery.
The successful candidate will have prior leadership in disability or mental health services, strong negotiation and creative problem-solving abilities, and a Diploma in Social & Community Services or
