Boc is seeking an Operations Director – HSE & ESG to shape governance across a global investment group with data centre, renewable energy, and real estate platforms. You will own HSE governance, policies, reporting and minimum standards across multiple jurisdictions, reporting to the Group COO and guiding portfolio CEOs.
You will lead cross‐portfolio collaboration, drive safety culture, oversee regulatory compliance, incident investigations and continuous improvement, and support ESG initiatives
