The Bureau of Meteorology seeks an Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation technician or engineer for a remote Willis Island deployment of about 6 months. Applicants must be prepared to depart Cairns in April 2027, with an October 2027 deployment option also available.
As part of a four-person team, you will handle complex operational, infrastructure and network support, diagnostics, fault finding and admin duties, while contributing to a positive remote-work culture.
