Department of Customer Service seeks a Senior Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) Officer to manage ITOM event integration and monitor infrastructure, delivering reliable information system support for NSW agencies. Based in the Greater Sydney area, this role offers hybrid working arrangements with 2-3 days in the McKell building as a minimum, subject to policy.
