The Opportunity

A genuine ground-floor opportunity to help shape the systems, reporting, processes and operational structure of our Projects Division - not just maintain what's already there.

You'll work directly alongside our Project Managers, technicians, project teams and leadership to drive operational performance across the business. If you're the type of person who sees a gap and wants to fix it, this role was built for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Scheduling and coordinating technicians

Managing workflows within Aroflo or similar field service management software

Overseeing invoicing, WIP and purchase orders





Building and maintaining operational reports and dashboards

Supporting forecasting, workload planning and Project KPIs

Identifying and driving process improvement and automation

Contributing to the systems and structure needed for the next stage of growth

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in project coordination, operations or administration

Strong systems and reporting capability

High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

A genuine sense of ownership and accountability

Someone who wants to build, not just maintain

Advanced Aroflo experience is preferred, but not essential.
