Our client is a leading international logistics and supply chain organisation with an established presence across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. With continued business growth, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support their Australian and New Zealand operations.

About the Role

This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional with a strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and hands-on experience in employee relations, HR compliance and day-to-day HR operations.

Working closely with management and regional HR teams, you will ensure HR practices remain compliant while supporting employees and business operations across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, employment changes and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards and relevant employment legislation.
- Provide practical HR advice and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters and workplace grievances.
- Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, HR documentation and HR systems.
- Support leave administration, payroll coordination, HR reporting and workforce data management.




- Coordinate employee induction, compliance training, engagement initiatives and HR projects.
- Assist with HR policy implementation and continuous process improvement.

About You

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within Australia.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, NES and Modern Awards.
- Hands-on experience in employee relations, HR compliance and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese are essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced environment.
