Part-time admin with MYOB Bookkeeping experience within the construction industry.
Current MYOB experience (including payroll) is essential for this administration/bookkeeper position for a small building company. All aspects of administration, including; job contracts, invoicing, payment reconciliation. Supplier invoice payments. BAS/ATO reporting. Insurances including HBCF. Looking after the day-to-day requirements of a small office (you're it), including a positive working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Ideally the candidate would have construction industry knowledge. Approx. 4-10 hours per week. Working from your home. Best suited for stay-at-home mum/or similar, who has good office skills.
