About the role

As our Logistics team continues to grow, we're seeking a Logistics Coordinator to assist with managing scheduling, courier bookings and dispatch of our medications to patients and clinics. Reporting to the Scheduling and Planning team leader, you will play a key role in supporting both the Logistics and Operations teams.

Hours of work are 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on site at our office in Frenchs Forest.

Key responsibilities

- Scheduling and booking pickups and deliveries of medications and tracking shipments




- Responding to enquiries from both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Troubleshooting issues and managing communication re delayed deliveries
- Assisting with urgent bookings or changes
- Updating relevant documentation or data bases
- Collaborating with cross functional teams including Pharmacy, warehousing and customer service

Skills, experience and requirements include:

- Experience in logistics or scheduling coordination or strong administrative skills an advantage
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and friendly manner
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare or medical industry - (or recent graduate) - will be highly regarded.
