With a proud history spanning more than 148 years, our school has a strong connection to the local community and a commitment to providing quality education in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment. Buln Buln Primary School offers a wonderful blend of history and modern learning facilities. Our beautiful heritage building is complemented by contemporary, flexible learning spaces, a multipurpose room and spacious, well-maintained grounds. Students enjoy excellent outdoor play areas, established trees and opportunities to connect with nature through our native revegetation project, which reflects our commitment to environmental sustainability. Our school also offers a welcoming Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program operated by the YMCA, providing families with convenient before and after school care.

Teaching and Learning With an enrolment of approximately 158 students across eight classrooms, Buln Buln Primary School provides a friendly, connected learning environment where every student is known, valued and supported. Our dedicated team of 13 teachers and 14 education support and administrative staff, including an Assistant Principal, works collaboratively to deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences. We are committed to high-quality teaching, continuous improvement and ongoing professional development.



Through evidence-based teaching practices and a supportive approach, we encourage every student to develop confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning. Students also participate in a range of specialist programs, including:
