Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week initially, with potential for additional hours.

About the Role

GoAllan Services is currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Electrical / Electronics Technician to join our client's team based in Keysborough.

This position would suit someone with a practical understanding of electrical or electronic systems who enjoys working with technical equipment, assembling components, troubleshooting faults and carrying out repairs.

You'll be working closely with the production team, assisting with a variety of technical tasks, equipment testing and assembly, along with occasional general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic equipment and components.
- Identify technical faults and assist with diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Use hand tools, power tools and electronic testing equipment.
- Assist the production team with equipment assembly and technical support.
- Support research and development activities, including product improvements.
- Assist with product demonstrations, testing and technical training when required.
- Help with general warehouse duties, equipment handling and customer pickups as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

- A practical understanding of electrical or electronic equipment and components.
- Good problem-solving skills and an interest in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Confidence using hand tools, power tools and basic technical equipment.
- Positive computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently and contribute to a team.
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.




- A reliable attitude and willingness to assist with general operational duties when needed.
- A current Australian driver's licence.

Highly Regarded

- Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Two or more years of practical experience working with electrical or electronic equipment.
- Experience with soldering, component repairs and electronic testing.
- Familiarity with Arduino or Raspberry Pi systems.
- Knowledge of circuit design, printed circuit boards (PCBs) or electronic assemblies.
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, technical servicing or equipment repairs.
