Currently seeking an experienced bartender & barista to join our team. The role is ideal for those who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a high pressure environments, and takes pride in delivering great quality all the time.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in bartending and coffee making

Valid RSA Certificate

Cocktail experience is preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Reliable, punctual, and professional in presentation

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and serving spirits, mixed drinks, and basic cocktails

Making coffee to a consistent and professional standard

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and coffee station

Restocking beverages and conducting basic stock counts

Processing customer payments (cash and EFTPOS)





Managing online orders and coordinating with delivery drivers

Assisting customers with menu recommendations and product knowledge

Working closely with management and floor staff to ensure smooth service
