The Department of Parliamentary Services is seeking a qualified PSL2 Chef to join APH Catering and Events at Australian Parliament House in Canberra. You will work across a quick-paced commercial kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality food using contemporary cookery techniques, while upholding food safety and WHS standards.
Applicants should have a trade qualification in commercial cookery and experience in high-volume catering or large-scale functions.
