Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support our residents with warm, person-centred care. You'll supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and assist the clinical team with areas such as medication, assessments, care plans and reviews.

You'll uphold dignity, respect individuality, and help create a welcoming, vibrant home. You'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and demonstrable knowledge of
