We are currently seeking experienced Underground Pump Fitters to join our client's team on an exciting mining project in Western Australia.

This is a outstanding opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking for ongoing FIFO work with competitive rates and an excellent team environment.

The Role

- Installation, maintenance and repair of underground pumping systems.
- Installation and maintenance of dewatering pumps, pipelines and associated equipment.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting pumping systems.
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to site standards.

Requirements





- Australian recognised Mechanical Fitter trade qualification.
- Previous underground mining experience.
- Experience working with underground pumping and dewatering systems.
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Current Australian manual driver's licence.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
- Strong commitment to safety and working within a team.
