The Opportunity

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Landscape Foreman / Supervisor to join a reputable and established landscaping company with a strong presence across Sydney.

The company specialises in delivering a range of commercial and civil landscaping projects, with a consistent pipeline of work and a growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in landscape construction who enjoys leading teams, managing site operations and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

You'll be overseeing commercial and civil landscaping projects across Sydney, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial and civil landscaping projects.
- Lead, supervise and coordinate landscapers, apprentices and labourers on site.
- Plan daily and weekly work schedules to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret landscape construction plans and drawings.
- Monitor project progress,



ensuring works are completed on time and to specification.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality control and site safety.
- Identify and resolve site issues, delays and construction challenges.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients and other relevant stakeholders.

About You

- Previous experience as a Landscape Foreman, Landscape Supervisor or Leading Hand.
- Background in commercial or civil landscape construction projects.
- Strong experience leading and supervising landscaping crews on site.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape construction plans and drawings.
- Good understanding of site operations, project scheduling and resource coordination.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects running efficiently.
