Summary:

We are looking for a Tenancy Delivery Manager to join our Tenancy Design & Delivery team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and detail-oriented project manager who is passionate about delivering retail environments and creating exceptional outcomes for our tenants and shopping centre stakeholders.

As the Tenancy Delivery Manager, you will lead the tenancy delivery process from concept to opening, working closely with tenants, leasing, centre management, consultants and contractors to deliver high-quality fitouts, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to successful store openings across Haben's portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Manage tenancy delivery activities from lease execution through to fitout completion, store opening and project close-out.
- Coordinate landlord works, authority approvals, services connections, access requirements and handover activities.
- Coordinate technical services requirements, including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, fire and communications services, with tenants, consultants, contractors and centre stakeholders.
- Act as the key point of contact for tenants, shopfitters, consultants and internal stakeholders throughout the delivery process.
- Develop clear scopes of work and obtain, review and compare quotations for technical services and associated works required to support tenant designs and building requirements.
- Monitor project programmes, critical milestones, risks, costs and dependencies, escalating issues where required.
- Undertake site inspections and monitor fitout works to support compliance with approved documentation, safety requirements and centre standards.




- Maintain accurate project records, trackers, reporting and close-out documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of tenancy delivery processes, systems, design standards and fitout guidance.
- Build cooperative relationships across leasing, centre management, operations, development and external delivery partners.

About You

- Experience in retail tenancy delivery, construction, project management, property or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings, tenancy plans, services drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience preparing scopes of work and reviewing contractor and consultant quotations for technical services and building works.
- Sound understanding of retail fitout delivery, design documentation, construction processes and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to interpret leases, plans, specifications and approval requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and deadlines.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with a practical and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, compliance, quality and commercial outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project, property or workflow management systems.
