We’re looking for a skilled, guest-focused skipper to lead 4 & 6 day live-aboard tours on the Ningaloo Reef aboard Shore Thing — our 51ft luxury catamaran based in Coral Bay, Western Australia.

You’ll be responsible for protected navigation, crew leadership, guest experience, and vessel maintenance — all while sharing the reef’s magic through snorkel and dive adventures. With a trip-on/trip-off roster (possible for DIDO from Exmouth), you’ll have a lifestyle that allows time to enjoy Ningaloo yourself.

You bring:

· Master V qualification + skippering experience on sailing vessels

· Coxswain or MED III & attention to detail for AMSA, operational & maintenance requirements

· Advanced First Aid & CPR

· Previous scuba diving and tourism experience

· Strong leadership, service skills, and a can-do attitude

· A deep respect for the marine environment
