Bobbys Cronulla is seeking an experienced and motivated venue manager to join the team. You're role will be to become a proactive member of the membership unit, oversee operations, lead a dynamic team of 5 supervisors and FOH staff whilst maintaining an ensure exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with solid leadership experience and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage front-of-house operations, staff, and guest experience.
- Ensure high standards of service, food, and beverage quality.
- Train, develop, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Desire to run a section when required.
- Nightly cash up and reporting.

Skills & Experience:

- Proficient use of SevenRooms.
- Proven experience in a management or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a team in a high volume venue.
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and health/safety regulations.

Schedule:

- Must be available weekends
- Full or part time roll available
