Eucalyptus is seeking a detail-focused project coordinator to join our creative operations team. You'll own intake and traffic, log briefs, schedule work, and keep trackers current so briefs become shipped assets on time.
You'll work with strategists, producers and editors to stay aligned on priorities. In this role you'll manage approvals (including clinical and compliance), keep job numbers and asset naming consistent, and coordinate external vendors and freelancers.
