An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a busy People & Culture workplace, providing high-level HR advice and support across a diverse portfolio.

The Role

- Providing strategic and operational HR advice to senior leaders and managers.
- Managing complex employee relations matters, including performance, misconduct, grievances and investigations.
- Supporting workforce planning, organisational change and HR projects.
- Interpreting and applying awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and HR policies.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing practical, solutions-focused HR advice.

About You

- Previous SA Public Sector HR experience, essential.
- Strong senior HR Business Partnering or HR advisory experience.
- Experience handling complex employee relations and workforce matters.
- Sound knowledge of SA Public Sector industrial instruments and HR frameworks.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.




- Previous health sector experience will be highly regarded.

- Classification: ASO6
- Start date: 16 November 2026
- End date: 3 February 2027 with possibilty of extension
- Location: Adelaide CBD
