Junior Bartender / Food and Beverage Attendant - Thursday to Sunday

We're looking for a casual Food & Beverage Attendant / Bartender to join our beachside team at Botanica at Elements of Byron.

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced resort environment. You'll be preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, running food and drinks, and ensuring our beachside area are clean, stocked and guest-ready at all times.

The shifts will be from Thursday to Sunday from 2pm until 7pm with potential to top up your hours.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, coffee and beverages
- Providing friendly, attentive service to guests
- Managing multiple orders in a fast-paced setting




- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Assisting with food running and guest requests
- Following service standards and RSA compliance

You're someone who brings great energy, enjoys working in a team, and thrives in a busy, guest-focused environment. You take pride in your work and enjoy creating a memorable experience for our guests.

About You:

- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or resort environment
- Confident making cocktails and coffees (barista skills highly regarded)
- Current NSW RSA (essential)
- NSW Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work 2pm to 7pm Thursday to Sunday withpotential to top up your hours
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to commit to at least 4months (WHV welcome)
