MAKO is seeking a Quality Specialist to ensure Flightfilm production meets internal standards and regulatory requirements. You'll own compliance across systems and documentation, run internal audits, and close gaps to keep us audit-ready in both AU and US operations.
You'll work on the floor and desk, leading by example while coaching teams to improve processes. This role is in office in Sydenham with standard hours 7am–3pm and potential shift adjustments as we scale.
