We are seeking a physically fit, detail-oriented Machine Assistant and Operator to join our growing team. This role requires hands-on operation of manufacturing machinery (CNC machines, high-frequency welding equipment), basic CAD design tasks, and the ability to drive company vehicles for material transport. Candidates must live near our facility to support in office operations and respond promptly to workflow demands. Training is provided, but mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and the stamina to work in a dynamic workplace are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Operation & Maintenance:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines and high-frequency welding equipment.
- Perform routine safety inspections, lubrication, and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Ensure quality control by adhering to production specifications.
- Coordinate inventory and organise workspaces for efficiency.
- CAD & Technical Support:
- Assist with basic CAD design and technical drawings under supervision.
- Interpret blueprints, manuals, and work orders to guide production processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Must Haves:
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Physically fit to perform manual assistance when reauired




- Willingness to learn CNC/welding operations and CAD software (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Preferred:
- Basic experience with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Prior exposure to manufacturing environments or machinery.
- Students pursuing engineering, manufacturing, or trades are encouraged to apply.
