The Project Manager at CM Farms is responsible for leading and delivering agricultural projects from initiation through to completion. This role ensures that all projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget, while upholding high standards of quality, compliance, and safety. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and husbandry, to allocate resources, manage risks, and drive project outcomes. This position plays a critical role in the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of initiatives that enhance farm productivity, sustainability, and profitability.

Essential knowledge, skills, and experience

Degree qualification in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.

Minimum 7-10 years' experience managing capital projects, infrastructure developments or large-scale operational projects.

Demonstrated experience delivering projects from concept through to completion.

Proven experience developing project management systems,

Strong commercial, financial and contract management capability.

Experience managing tendering, procurement and contractor selection processes.
