As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation, and service of all menu items in the designated area of the Kitchen and for the maintenance of equipment and work area.
- Planning and organising, preparation and cooking of food
- Planning menus
- Costings
- Ordering
- Training and supervision of other kitchen staff
- Quality control
- Food Safety and hygiene Control
- MINIMUM 3 years' experience in similar role
- Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate
