Contento Cafe is looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Barista to join our team in Cronulla.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, confident working independently and able to deliver consistent quality during busy café periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and other café beverages.
- Adjust grinders and maintain consistent espresso extraction.
- Deliver excellent milk texturing and latte art.
- Manage coffee orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Provide friendly and qualified customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station.
- Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Previous barista experience in a busy café is essential.
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage the coffee machine.
- Strong espresso, milk texturing and latte art skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and organised.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Availability to work weekends when required.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
