We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our growing team. This is a hands‐on, Full‐time role for someone who enjoys a busy service, takes ownership of their shifts and knows how to get the best out of a team.

You'll work alongside the owners to keep daily operations running smoothly, maintain high standards and deliver against transparent performance KPIs. For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow into a Store Manager position in the future.

The role

Lead shifts and support, coach and motivate team members

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues confidently

Assist with rostering, stock control and ordering

Manage cash handling and opening and closing procedures

Maintain food safety, presentation and cleanliness standards

Monitor KPIs and follow through on operational goals

About you





Previous management experience in hospitality, fast food or retail

Confident leading a team in a fast‐paced environment

Organised, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Full availability across the trading week is essential, including nights and weekends

RSA, or willingness to obtain one

This role requires someone who can work where the business needs them across the roster.
