THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Part time Retail Assistant at Black Pepper Marion, you'll use your passion for fashion and genuine love of helping people to provide styling advice, assist customers in finding the perfect fit and make every visit a memorable one.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something new, work alongside a supportive team and help grow Black Pepper as a favourite destination for customers at Marion.

YOUR IMPACT

- Provide outstanding customer service and create a warm, welcoming shopping experience
- Build genuine connections with customers and understand their individual needs
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice and finding the perfect fit
- Maintain a beautiful store environment that is clean, organised and visually appealing
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
- Receive, unpack, replenish and merchandise stock to ensure products are presented beautifully
- Support inventory management and visual merchandising
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Bring a positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude to every shift

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and helping customers feel confident
- A warm and approachable personality with a natural ability to connect with people
- Experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role within a team environment
- The ability to build genuine customer relationships and adapt your selling style to meet individual needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A reliable,



positive and enthusiastic attitude
- A strong customer-first approach
- Availability to commit to a part-time roster, with some flexibility to assist during peak trading periods, weekends and the store opening period

Experience in fashion retail is highly regarded, but your attitude, personality and passion for customer service are just as important.
