Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Dynamics 365 CE production issues.
- Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse.
- Investigate Outlook integration, email tracking and Exchange synchronisation issues.
- Maintain and improve SharePoint document management integrations.
- Troubleshoot Document Core Pack and document generation issues.
- Develop customisations using C#, JavaScript, Dataverse plugins and Power Automate.
- Design, develop and support integrations with external platforms.
- Improve system performance, reliability and security.
- Manage solutions, deployments and application lifecycle processes.
- Provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in development and problem-solving.
