We're looking for a reliable, organised and motivated individual to join our team and assist with the daily operations of our showroom.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, varied position suited to someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and taking responsibility.

You'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service and that our daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

- Assist customers in-store and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Manage and follow up on emails.
- Provide after-sales support, including order updates and customer concerns.
- Contact potential customers and follow up on incoming sales leads.
- Assist with appointment bookings and customer follow-ups.

Order Management & Administration

- Process and place customer suit orders accurately.
- Track orders and ensure they are progressing on schedule.
- Organise suits according to tailoring requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate garments requiring alterations and prepare orders for customer collection.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
- Assist with general administrative duties.

Store Operations

- Maintain a clean,



tidy and presentable showroom.
- Organise stock, garments and customer orders.
- Ensure the store is prepared for daily operations.
- Assist with general store maintenance and operational tasks.
- Support the wider team wherever required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with robust attention to detail.
- Friendly, skilled and confident communicating with customers.
- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Comfortable using computers, emails and basic administrative systems.
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a busy workplace.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative without constant supervision.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up with customers.

Previous experience in retail, customer service or administration is preferred. Experience in menswear or fashion is an advantage but not essential.
