We're adding a Test & Tag tech to the team — someone who fits our culture, works independently, and takes pride in their work.
This is a town based role with a respected local electrical business. You'll be home every night, supported by a solid team, and trusted to manage your own workload.
An electrical licence is preferred, as we occasionally need assistance with minor field tasks — but it's not essential. Restricted test & tag ticket holders and candidates looking to build a career in the electrical industry are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Test & tag across a wide range of electrical appliances
- Use Wavecom test equipment and WinPATS Pro software (training provided)
- Minor electrical repairs as required
- Emergency lighting testing & repairs
- Accurate reporting and communication with clients and management
- Independently managing daily schedules and job flow
About You
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working solo
- Solid communication skills with clients
- Basic computer skills (training provided)
- Electrical licence preferred but not essential
- Restricted test & tag ticket holders welcome (training provided for those seeking a qualification)
- Keen to learn, improve, and represent a long standing local business
