Indigeco is looking for reliable and hardworking Production Workers, Factory Hands, Process Workers and Machine Operators to join an established manufacturing organisation based in Kilsyth.

If you enjoy hands-on work, working with machinery and being part of a supportive team, this could be a outstanding opportunity for you

You will be working on a manufacturing production line producing filters of different sizes and shapes. Your day-to-day work will involve machine operation, product assembly, quality checking and general production duties.

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not essential. The company is happy to train people who have the right attitude, are reliable and willing to learn.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate production machinery and equipment (training provided)
- Assemble and manufacture products on the production line
- Work across different production stations as required
- Check finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Pack, handle and move products safely
- Perform repetitive tasks and manual handling of items weighing up to approximately 9 kg
- Follow simple work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Work with your team to meet daily production targets
- Report any equipment, product quality or safety concerns

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for candidates who are:





- Reliable, punctual and committed to attending work
- Comfortable working in a factory or manufacturing environment
- Happy to perform hands-on and repetitive production duties
- Physically capable of handling products weighing up to approximately 9 kg
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn machine operation and different production processes
- Available to work onsite in Kilsyth

Experience in any of the following would be beneficial:

- Factory or production work
- Process work or assembly
- Machine operation
- Manufacturing or production line work
- General factory or warehouse duties

SHIFT DETAILS

- Day shift, approximately 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Approximately 9.5-hour working days
- RDO arrangement
- Friday may be available for overtime or maintenance activities
- Fully onsite in Kilsyth, VIC
- Shift arrangements may vary based on operational requirements
