JOIN OUR TEAM – EMBROIDERY & GARMENT FINISHING OPERATOR

Full-Time or Part-Time Position | Access Workwear

Are you practical, hands‐on, a team player and enjoy working with clothing and apparel? We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join Access Workwear in an key role supporting our retail and contract customers.

The position involves operating embroidery and heat‐sealing equipment to personalise workwear garments for our growing customer base.

The Role

- Operating commercial embroidery machines (Barudan)
- Applying heat‐sealed logos, names and branding to garments (ESD Flexi-Heat Press)
- Preparing and finishing garments to a high standard.
- Managing customer orders and production deadlines.
- Maintaining an organised and tidy production area.
- Working closely with our retail and contract sales teams.

About You

- An eye for detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Reliable,



organised and able to manage your time.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous embroidery or heat‐sealing experience would be an advantage, but is not essential. Training will be provided for the right person.
