Key Responsibilities

- Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires immediately, offering a warm and friendly welcome as they arrive and depart
- Check guests in and out efficiently and in line with hotel procedures
- Process daily guest transactions and accounts accurately, following all cashiering policies and procedures
- Book, update, amend and file reservations accurately and on time
- Work with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance to make sure rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests
- Communicate guest special requests,



comments and complaints to the right department or hotel management, and follow up until requests are fulfilled

What You'll Bring
