Days: 1–2 days per week in 2026 (ideally Wednesday), increasing to full-time in 2027
Hours: 6–8 hours per day.

8am - 5pm for 2026. Hours may be a slightly later start and finish in 2027.

A lovely professional family in Paddington is seeking an experienced, hardworking and reliable Nanny to care for their three young children: 4-year-old twins and a 20-month-old. This is a wonderful chance for a confident and capable Nanny who enjoys being actively involved in children's development, creating fun and engaging experiences, and providing a nurturing, structured and positive environment.

Providing attentive, nurturing and age-appropriate care for all three children.

Planning and engaging the children in fun, creative and educational activities.

Encouraging outdoor play, imaginative play, reading, crafts and other age-appropriate experiences.

School drop off and pick up

Supporting the children's routines, including healthy meals, rest times and daily activities.

Creating a positive, stimulating and screen-free environment. The household is a no-screen household.

Maintaining a tidy and organised home environment throughout the day, including packing away toys, tidying play areas and cleaning up after children's activities and meals.

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, particularly around food preparation and children's spaces.





Being flexible and willing to assist where needed, including occasionally staying an additional 30 minutes when required.

Providing occasional evening babysitting or date-night care, arranged in advance.

The family has a regular cleaner, so this is not a housekeeping position. However, the Nanny will be expected to take pride in keeping the home tidy and ensuring everything is packed away and left organised throughout the day.

Candidate requirements;

Has extensive qualified 10 years + Nanny experience, ideally caring for multiple young children.

Current and clear Police check and WWC

Current First Aid Certificate

Is hardworking, respectful, reliable and highly organised.

Is confident in managing the needs and routines of three young children.

Genuinely enjoys interacting and engaging with children rather than relying on screens or passive activities.

Has a warm, patient and fun-loving personality.

Is proactive, practical and able to use their initiative.

Maintains excellent hygiene and takes pride in their work.

Is flexible and happy to assist with the family's changing needs.

Likes dogs, the family have a small little dog

Is seeking a long-term position and would be interested in increasing to full-time in 2027.
