COMFLOOR supply and install commercial floor coverings, throughout South East Queensland. We are seeking an Administration Officer to to assist in coordinating the delivery of commercial flooring projects. This role is available as a work from home role that will require you to work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. Please note, the initial training period will occur onsite in our head office at Eagle Farm.

To be successful in this role you will require the ability to communicate effectively, a genuine desire to assist others, and high-level organisational skills to meet deadlines. This role involves a high volume of scheduling installation projects on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ordering, tracking, and monitoring the delivery of materials.
- Booking installers.
- Updating and maintaining job management system.
- Communicating with sales staff, installers, customers, warehouse,



and other agencies.

Following skills required:

- Comfortable with job management systems (simPRO experience is a bonus).
- High level written and oral communication skills with high level attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- The ability to multi-task without compromising quality or attention to detail.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- High level critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- The ability to effectively prioritise your workload.
- The ability to work well with others, be a clear communicator, and self-motivated.
- Demonstrate a skilled, calm, and friendly manner.
- A sound geographical knowledge of the Southeast Queensland area.

Salary will be negotiated with the successful person depending on skills and experience.
