In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee the maintenance and performance of critical mechanical systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and productive operations. Reports to Mechanical Superintendent / Maintenance.Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical technicians and contractors- Supervise mechanical maintenance of pumps, dredgers, stackers, conveyor systems, and auxiliary systems- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards- Collaborate with engineering, operations,
