WHO WE WANT

- Someone with experience in insurance, telecommunications, banking, finance or a structured phone-sales contact centre
- Someone who can work on weekends, meet call targets and respond well to coaching
- We do not need someone with high-ticket closing experience; we want someone who is hungry to learn and improve
- Someone who values kindness, accountability and coaching over sales hype.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Take booked consultations and live transfers from our appointment setters.
- Proactively call interested people, follow-ups and no-shows.
- Ask good questions and recommend our training only when suitable.
- Explain approved payment options and close sales honestly.
- Follow our sales process, update the CRM and attend paid coaching.
- Stay productive throughout your committed weekend hours.

PAY AND WORKING HOURS
- Casual role: hourly pay + super + applicable casual loading




- Weekend penalty or overtime payments under the relevant employment rules
- Performance-based sales incentives under a written commission plan
- Saturday and/or Sunday shifts within our Sydney-time sales window
- Additional shifts possible when business needs allow (weekday or evening coverage not guaranteed)
- All training and mandatory meetings are paid
- Exact hourly rate and commission terms confirmed in writing before you start

YOUR PERFORMANCE
- After paid training and a gradual ramp, we look at completed calls, sales conversion, follow-ups, CRM accuracy and customer experience
- We also track HOT acceptance when available
- Targets are reviewed against the number and mix of opportunities provided

- 1+ year of phone-based sales experience
