Junction Support Services in Wodonga is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the Intensive Case Management Services team. You will supervise Case Managers and Education Support staff, guiding risk assessment and decision-making.

You will support staff through complex cases, coordinate with DFFH and other services, and ensure high standards of care. This is a full time leadership role in a trauma-informed, client-centred practice.
