We are currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver - Replenisher / Receiver to join a busy warehouse operation based in Yennora.
This is a hands-on warehouse role involving approximately 70% general warehouse duties and 30% High Reach forklift operation .
The successful candidate will be responsible for stock replenishment, receiving, order picking, RF scanning and forklift operations. You must have previous experience working to warehouse KPIs and be confident consistently achieving productivity targets of approximately 200 picks per shift .

- 8:00am - 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate High Reach forklifts to move and replenish warehouse stock.
- Receive, check and process incoming stock.
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Achieve productivity targets of approximately 200 picks per shift.
- Use RF scanners for picking, receiving and stock movements.
- Complete stock putaway and replenishment duties.
- Load and unload trucks when required.
- Assist with inventory control and maintaining accurate stock locations.
- Complete general warehouse duties, including manual handling.
- Maintain a clean,
organised and safe working environment.
- Consistently meet warehouse KPIs and productivity targets.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Must be abel to pass police check.
- Proven High Reach forklift operating experience.
- Previous experience in replenishment and receiving.
- Experience using RF scanners.
- Previous experience working to warehouse KPIs ( essential ).
- Ability to consistently achieve approximately 200 picks per shift.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- Robust understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Flexibility to work one of the available day shifts.

This is not a forklift-only position. Approximately 70% of the role involves general warehouse duties, with 30% High Reach forklift operation. Candidates must be comfortable working across all areas of the warehouse.
